Patient Update Information

To receive patient conditions, you must have the patient's first and last name spelled correctly.

We express health conditions in one-word descriptions:

• Good – Vital signs are stable and within normal limits; patient is conscious and comfortable; indicators are excellent.
• Fair – Vital signs are stable and within normal limits; patient is conscious, but may be uncomfortable; indicators are favorable.
• Serious – Vital signs are unstable and not within normal limits; patient may be unconscious; indicators are questionable.
• Critical – Vital signs are unstable and not within normal limits; patient may not be conscious; indicators are unfavorable.
• Treated and released – Patient was treated at hospital and released. We cannot disclose where patient was released to.
• Treated and transferred – Patient was treated and transferred to a different medical facility. We cannot disclose name or location of the facility.
  
  

A patient and their family can chose to keep their admission status private. If a juvenile patient is the victim of a crime or a suspected crime, the hospital will list the patient with confidential status, and no information will be released about the juvenile patient even with parental consent.
