How does Care My Way® work?
- Call 1-844-CAREWAY, begin your visit online or use the mobile app.*
- Discuss your symptoms.
- Get a diagnosis and treatment if symptoms match a Care My Way condition. Prescriptions will be sent to your pharmacy of choice.
*Note: Members outside of Wisconsin, Michigan and Minnesota need to connect via the app.

Care My Way is available 24/7.
Cost
Visits cost $79 per session or most Security Health Plan members receive unlimited visits. Care My Way services for high deductible health plan (HDHP) members may be subject to out-of-pocket cost.
Due to Medicare and Medicaid regulations, beneficiaries of Medicare and Medicaid are not eligible for this service unless contracted through their health plan.
