Education
The division of education services a spectrum of learners ranging from patients engaged in their care, to our physicians and staff as lifelong learners, to students, residents, and fellows preparing for their vocation as healers.
Through education, the division equips Marshfield Clinic to produce high quality patient outcomes, consistent and exceptional patient experiences, long-term workforce solutions, and interprofessional innovation leading to better care and value. Division of education staff are located throughout the Clinic's service area helping Marshfield Clinic achieve its mission to provide high quality accessible patient care, research and education.
Student programs
Marshfield Clinic provides educational and clinical learning opportunities for more than 1,300 students each year across its system of care as an Academic Campus of the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.
Residents and fellows
Our residency and fellowship programs offer comprehensive, hands‑on training across a wide range of medical specialties within an integrated health system.
George E. Magnin Medical Library
The George E. Magnin Medical Library provides state-of-the-art access to numerous electronic books, journals and medical databases, which can be accessed from all Marshfield Clinic centers.
Simulation lab
The simulation lab provides hands-on educational opportunities for physicians, residents, students and allied health professionals through in-person and self-directed simulation opportunities.
