Danielle Soltis, FNP

“I had an interest in entering the field of medicine for as long as I can remember," said Nurse Practitioner Danielle Maier, MS, FNP-BC. “My mother was an excellent role model as a registered nurse, and encouraged me to pursue my passion for caring for others."

That family-inspired passion lead Danielle to get her CNA license at 16 and now, to Marshfield Medical Center-Rice Lake's Walk-in Clinic, where as a nurse practitioner, she strives to provide individualized care to each of her patients.

In 2018, Danielle began working at Marshfield Clinic Health System as a registered nurse with Marshfield Medical Center-Ladysmith, having been drawn to the system in order to help provide care in rural communities in need. Now, being a part of Marshfield Medical Center-Rice Lake's Walk-in Care, she looks forward to continuing her work within the system and in the community.

“I enjoy caring for others and providing service to rural communities," said Danielle, who sees a wide-variety of patients in walk-in care, with a wide-variety of ailments. As a family nurse practitioner, she says her primary objective is to continue to learn throughout her practice, listening to her patients and making them feel understood.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys traveling and taking vacations. She likes to ride four-wheelers and dirt bikes, spend time with her dogs and cheer on the Green Bay Packers.
