Gregory Grzesik is a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine who works as a hospitalist at Marshfield Medical Center-Weston.
Hospitalists are physicians who specialize in the care of hospitalized patients. They assist with general medical care, diagnosis and treatment, coordination with nurses and other specialists, patient communication and transition of care.
“I appreciate being able to help patients recover from various illnesses and get them back to things they enjoy in life," said Dr. Grzesik.
Dr. Grzesik is especially proficient at helping patients with alcohol withdrawal, treating bacterial infections, managing heart failure and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) exacerbations.
In his free time, Dr. Grzesik enjoys lifelong hobbies like skiing and golfing. He says he has been skiing since the age of two, and golfing since he was six years old.
