Hailee Richter is a family medicine provider who helps patients with common ailments like high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol and diabetes. The Plover native previously worked as a registered nurse in family medicine.
“My passion has always been to advocate for others, listen to their concerns and provide thorough medical care," said Richter. “I truly care for others and am empathetic to their needs."
Wellness and preventative visits are also part of Richter's practice. She uses these visits as an opportunity to get to know patients better.
“I enjoy meeting new people and having the opportunity to get to know them and meet them at least annually or multiple times per year," said Richter. “I believe this allows me to develop an excellent rapport with patients and trusting relationships, which leads to better care."
In her free time, Richter enjoys spending time with her husband, two young children and two giant Newfoundland dogs. They stay active by walking, running, visiting parks or simply playing outside.
