Jayne Rieper treats her patients like family.

“My goal is to be very thorough and
caring,” Jayne said. “I want patients to
leave my office feeling like I addressed
their concerns in a compassionate way.”

Jayne received her bachelor’s degree in
nursing from the University of Wisconsin-
Eau Claire, where she was valedictorian.
She also received her master’s degree in
nursing from the University of Wisconsin-
Eau Claire. Her father was in the medical
field as was her sister, so becoming a nurse
practitioner was a natural fit for Jayne.

“I guess I just enjoy taking care of people,”
She said.

Jayne said working with her patients is the best part of her job.

“I like to laugh with and relate to my patients. I enjoy talking with them,” Jayne said. “I like knowing that, in my care, they will be happy and well cared for.”

When Jayne reflects on her career and training, it’s not her outstanding academic record she is most proud of. It’s her approach to work each and every day.

“I always give 150 percent to my patients,” she said. “I care deeply about getting my patients the right treatment and treating them with respect.”

In her free time, Jayne likes to return to her hometown of Chippewa Falls and work on her farm. She also enjoys scrapbooking and snowmobiling. She has two daughters.
