Weight management programs

Confidential, adult group programs built around your goals and personal preferences. Begin with a free, zero obligation orientation.

Diabetes self-management education (DSME)

Accessible, high-quality education that follows National Standards for Diabetes Self-Management Training and ADA-identified content areas so you’re confident managing daily care. Accredited programs are available at: Chippewa, Eau Claire, Ladysmith, Marshfield Medical Center, Merrill, Minocqua (medical offices), Oakwood, Riverview, Wausau and Marshfield Medical Center-Weston (medical offices). Low sodium diet seminar

A free, one-hour session covering hidden sources of sodium, cooking without salt, herbs and spices, label reading and dining out. Offered at select locations.
