Primary care is available for:

  • Well-child checks (annual exam): These annual appointments monitor developmental milestones and provide preventive care and detailed wellness exams to help your child stay healthy and strong as they grow. Any needed immunizations and sports physicals can be given during the appointment.
  • Immunizations (vaccines): Vaccines are one of the best ways to protect children from infections and diseases. Vaccines can be given at well-child checks or an office visit. Your child’s provider can update you on what vaccines your child needs and at what age.
  • Chronic care management: Managing a long-term health concern can be hard. Our providers help answer questions about your child’s future and how best to care for their unique needs and improve or maintain their health.
  • Sick visits: We know health care needs pop-up in-between scheduled visits. Your child’s provider can see a variety of illnesses and injuries, like allergic reactions, diaper rash, ear infections, cold and flu symptoms and more.
  • Sports physicals: Before the sports season approaches, your child must have a pre-participation physical examination. This screening helps identify any underlying areas of concern that may pose a risk during the sports season. We encourage scheduling this as part of your child's annual well-child check to ensure a comprehensive physical exam and to thoroughly assess your child's overall health and readiness for sports activities.
  • Referrals to specialty care: If your child has advanced care needs, your child’s primary care provider can recommend or refer them for care with one of our pediatric experts in over 40 different specialty care fields.
