  • Health history review: We start with your symptoms, health history, lifestyle and goals
  • Focused exams and testing: Lab work or imaging may be ordered to clarify the diagnosis
  • Your treatment plan: Options can include oral medications, clinic-based IV infusion therapy, physical therapy, lifestyle strategies and follow-up care
  • Team-based care: We coordinate closely with orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, physical therapists, primary care, and other specialists to improve mobility, reduce pain and enhance quality of life

Is it time to see a rheumatologist?

Consider scheduling if you have:

  • Persistent or worsening joint pain, swelling or stiffness
  • Morning stiffness that lasts longer than 30 minutes

Do I need a referral?

Many patients can self-schedule. If your insurance requires a referral, our team will work with your primary care provider to help you get one.

How are arthritis and autoimmune conditions treated?

Treatment plans are individualized and may include medications taken by mouth, infusion therapy in clinic, physical therapy and lifestyle guidance, all coordinated with other specialists when needed. 

Will you work with my current doctors?

Yes. We collaborate with orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, physical therapy, primary care and others to deliver seamless, whole-person care.
