How we help

Opioid use disorder (OUD) treatment

Our clinicians provide medication to treat opioid use disorder, replacing the drug with a weaker, long-acting medicine that works on the same brain receptors as oxycodone, fentanyl and heroin. This approach lowers overdose risk and reduces cravings, helping patients return to the life they want.

Alcohol misuse treatment

Start with your primary care provider. We’ll complete a physical exam, sometimes including lab tests and imaging, and build a treatment plan that fits the patient's health, goals and schedule.

Recovery coaching

Recovery isn’t done alone. Our recovery coaches have personal experience and walk alongside patients, motivating, problem solving and connecting them to resources throughout their journey. Coaches are part of AmeriCorps’ Recovery Corps.

Harm reduction: Naloxone

Naloxone can block the harmful effects of opioids and reverse an overdose if used in time. It’s available as a nasal spray or injection and is available at Marshfield Clinic Health System.
