Our My Marshfield Clinic app gives you direct access to your latest health information – at your fingertips to save you time and hassle. For most patients, sign up only takes minutes with no need for in-person or postal mail account confirmation.

Why download the app?

View and schedule appointments

  • Schedule appointments, or view details of past and upcoming appointments
    • Schedule your Medicare Annual Wellness Visit, Hospital-Discharge Follow Up or Pediatric Well Child
  • After you have the App downloaded, click the link in your text/email message for direct access to schedule your appointment
  • Don’t have the link? Log into the app and select Appointments at the bottom
    • Select Schedule and hit Continue
    • Select Reason For Appt: (Choose One)
      • Search: Primary Care Physical/Well Adult
      • Search: Primary Care Hospital Discharge Follow Up – Adult
      • Search: Primary Care – Pediatric Well Child (Age 0-10) OR Primary Care – Pediatric Well Child (Age 11-17)
    • Hit Continue.
    • Select the location for your appointment and hit Continue
    • Review available appointments. Select the date, time and provider and hit Continue
    • Review your information and add any notes. Hit Schedule Appointment
