Employee resources
Welcome to the Microsoft Multifactor Authentication (MFA), Self Service Password Reset (SSPR), and Work from Home Device Setup Resource Page.
Enrollment in Microsoft MFA is required of users that login to a MCHS device on a non-MCHS wireless network and is recommended for all users. This page provides training artifacts designed to assist users with all aspects of the MFA process.
Enrollment in Microsoft SSPR is recommended for all users. SSPR gives users the ability to reset their network password if they forget their password or have been locked out of their account.
Users that will be working from home will be required to setup their workstations independently. Proper setup will ensure work from home users are able to perform their job duties at an optimal level.
