A specialist in occupational therapy
Jennifer ‘Anne’ Rosicky is an occupational therapist specializing in orthopedics and lymphedema care. She sees patients following joint replacements, spine and abdominal surgeries, strokes and heart attacks. Additionally she works with patients suffering from dementia, Parkinson’s disease, COPD and generalized weakness.
Rosicky initially wanted to pursue a career in the medical field because her father is a retired internal medicine physician. In college, she found her specialty.
"When I discovered occupational therapy, I felt it was a great fit for me in so many ways," said Rosicky.
Rosicky enjoys building a rapport with her patients and works to see the whole person, not just the diagnosis.
"I emphasize care and kindness with every patient I see," Rosicky said. Rosicky earned her occupational therapy degree at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She is also a violinist and loves music, cooking and decorating.
