Physician Assistant Rachel Quarberg is part
of a special team in the Cosmetic and Plastic
Surgery Department at the Marshfield
Clinic Eau Claire Center. She and Ember
Ewings, M.D., form a dynamic pair. Ewings
is the Chippewa Valley’s only female plastic
surgeon. Quarberg joined Ewings in 2011
and together, they are making a positive
difference in the lives of their patients.
“Cosmetic and reconstructive surgery
improves lives,” Quarberg says. “I strive
to make this a positive experience by
addressing patients’ specific concerns and
providing excellent care.”
Quarberg has been a physician assistant since 1991. She earned her physician assistant (P.A.) degree from the University of Wisconsin. She started with Marshfield Clinic in 1998 and has watched the organization steadily grow its presence in western Wisconsin. “I joined Marshfield Clinic because it has a reputation for providing high quality health care and I’m proud to be part of it.”
When she isn’t seeing patients, Quarberg enjoys spending time with her family doing outdoor recreational activities like boating, fishing, biking and swimming.
