Health screenings for patient and staff safety.
We continue to support the global efforts to reduce possible transmission of COVID-19. All patients and visitors may be screened or asked to self-screen for COVID-19 symptoms and exposure when entering our facilities.
Patient must inform registration or check-in staff if they are positive for COVID-19, have COVID-19 symptoms or have had a close contact with someone with COVID-19. The patient’s care team will determine how to proceed to the appointment.
Visitors who are positive for COVID-19, have COVID-19 symptoms or have had close contact with someone who is COVID-19 positive will be asked to delay non-urgent, in-person visitation in the facility, until they have met the health care criteria to end isolation.
Note: Special circumstances will apply for patients and visitors in urgent (e.g. life threatening) situations.
The safety of our patients, staff and communities continues to be our priority.
