As a mother, professional and someone
who likes to stay active, Kristin Ruesch,
physician assistant, knows how
important sleep is. “We spend a third
of our lives sleeping, and I want to help
people make the most of it,” she said.

Kristin sees patients with obstructive
sleep apnea, hypersomnia, insomnia and
some cases of narcolepsy. “If people do
not get a good night sleep, it effects their
whole life by crossing into their family,
career and general health,” she said.

Kristin values creating a rapport with
patients, building a relationship based on
communication and trust. “I like working
to find the right treatment for each
person,” she said.

Kristin strives to bring confidence to her
patients and hopes they are comfortable talking with her about their care. “It’s
rewarding to see improvements and the
difference it can make in their life,” she said.

Kristin completed the physician assistant
program from the University of New
England-Portland, Maine and has a
bachelor’s degree in biology from the
University of Wisconsin-Lacrosse.

Star ratings are based on a 0-100 point scale converted to 1-5 stars. Providers must have a minimum of 30 patient ratings to receive a formal rating.
