Wausau Center became part of Marshfield Clinic Health System in October 1997. It is one of the larger Health System sites in the greater Wausau-Weston area. In addition to primary care and specialty services, the facility has outpatient physical therapy services.
Cancer care is a top priority at the Wausau Center as witnessed by its accreditation by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Center (NAPBC), administered by the American College of Surgeons.
