Physician Assistant, Patti Brown, joined the Minocqua Center Urgent Care department in 2015 after working for many years with Marshfield Clinic in the Ambulatory Surgery department. Ms. Brown provides a full range of health care services for urgent and acute health conditions.​​

​​"I have lived in Wisconsin all my life, and relocated to Northern Wisconsin in 1999," said Ms. Brown. "I enjoy caring for the people here."

​​She completed the Physician Assistant program through the University of Wisconsin in Madison after completing the prerequisites through the University of Wisconsin in Stevens Point. She also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Human Development from the University of Wisconsin in Green Bay.

​​She enjoys kayaking, hiking, and snowshoeing. She has a special interest in geriatrics and completed research at the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point on genetic factors in dementia.

​​Prior to her education, she was a Sergeant with the US Army Reserves in Kewaunee and Milwaukee, WI. She was an office administrator on active duty during Operation Desert Storm in 1991.
