Stephanie Olson-McRaith, OTR, CLT

​Stephanie Olson-McRaith is an occupational therapist who helps patients facing a variety of orthopedic and neurologic impairments. She specializes in upper extremity and hand rehabilitation, lymphedema and additional neurologic conditions.

Olson-McRaith has always had a passion for hand therapy. She wanted to become an occupational therapist to help patients care for themselves and participate in the activities they need and want to do in life.

“My hope is to improve a person's quality of life and the feeling of being a productive human being," Olson-McRaith said.

When providing care, Olson-McRaith emphasizes a partnership between herself and her patient, and the ongoing collaboration between her team.

“It's vital as a therapist that you are listening to what is most important to the patient when it comes to functional performance," Olson-McRaith said. “I'm also passionate about interacting with patients and learning from my colleagues."

Olson-McRaith earned her master's degree in Occupational Therapy and bachelor's degree in kinesiology at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.

In her spare time, she enjoys long distance running, traveling, spending time outdoors and being with her husband and three daughters.​
