Volunteer opportunities are available for all levels of ability. Whether you want to work with children in pediatrics, behind a desk in the office or behind the scenes, we have a place for you.

Flexible scheduling 

If you can commit to two consecutive hours each week, we can offer flexible scheduling to meet your availability.

A little of your time can make a big difference in someone’s life. We need you!

Child life volunteers

People of all ages and backgrounds can be child life volunteers. All have a desire to make a difference in a child’s life by sharing their time, special talents and compassion with children in our hospital.

Child life volunteers may play with young patients, read to them or just act as a comforting presence. Watch the video below if you are interested in learning more about the work that child life volunteers can do.

 

The Volunteen Program

The Volunteen Program at Marshfield Medical Center-Marshfield is a chance to learn new skills, sharpen existing skills, gain valuable experience and help others.

The program is available for any high school student at least 15 years of age. This is a year-round program, not just a summer experience.
